Lotus land is the Division that holds a housing development (luxury villas with swimming pool) in Sanur's prime residential area, plus several land holdings around the island, all privately owned. We have a prime housing development in the exclusive residential area of Sanur, where we have built and now manage a set of villas, all with luxury amenities including a private swimming pool.

Short-term plans are the transformation of the Sanur housing complex into 30 units serviced apartments and the development of a very large restaurant in Tandjung Benoa (Nusa Dua area). Medium term plans are the development of a 50-room beach resort on a privately owned land in the east of Bali.
